Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a fuel cell separator in which excess carbon black remaining on the surface of a metal material is removed.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a fuel cell separator includes a cleaning tank that can store liquid, a transport unit by which a plate-shaped metal material for a fuel cell separator obtained by firing the metal material after carbon black is coated on the surface of the metal material is transported in the cleaning tank in which liquid is stored with the surface of the metal material facing vertically, an ultrasonic irradiation unit that irradiates the metal material transported in the cleaning tank with ultrasonic waves from below, and a liquid injection nozzle that causes a liquid flow in a direction intersecting a transport direction with respect to at least a lower side of an upper side and the lower side of the metal material transported in the cleaning tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
