Abstract:

To provide a fuel cell system capable of reducing the amount of an unreacted gas to be exhausted.

The fuel cell system comprises gas supply control means 21, 32 for controlling the gas supply amount of at least one of hydrogen and oxygen to be supplied to a fuel cell 10 and exhaust gas flow detecting means 23, 24, 34-36 for detecting the exhaust gas flow amount of at least one of hydrogen and oxygen to be exhausted from the fuel cell 10 after supplied to the fuel cell 10 with the supply amount controlled by the gas supply control means 21, 32. The gas supply amount is controlled by the gas supply control means 21, 32 so that the exhaust gas flow amount detected by the exhaust gas flow detecting means 23, 24, 34-36 is a target flow amount as predetermined.
