Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent over running in the case of engine speed rising from slightly lower engine speed than fuel cut engine speed.
CONSTITUTION: A fuel cutting means M1 performs fuel cutting when the speed of an internal combustion engine M2 exceeds the fuel cut engine speed which is set according to engine speed increment. A guard setting means M3 performs fuel cutting when engine speed exceeds the specified value of guard which is set beforehand.
