Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the extent radiant heat to space from a piping body as well as to enable it to held this piping body at the specified temperature by unifying this fuel piping body and a main body structure of an attitude controller in a body through a bonding agent.
CONSTITUTION: A bonding agent 16 is filled up on a contact surface between an attitude controller of space equipment and a circular piping body in which fuel of hydrazine or the like flows through, and this piping body 11 is joined onto a main body structure 15 by this bonding agent 16, therefore the piping body 11 and the main body structure 15 are unified in a body. In addition, plural pieces of mounting bands 14 are set up in an interspace between the body 11 and the main body structure 15 at regular intervals. Accordingly, in a vacuum in space environment, any convective heat transfer of gas in a minute clearance is not secured, and heat resistance on the contact surface is large, but heat transfer can be done by thermal conduction in the bonding agent 16. Moreover, radiant thermal insulation between the piping body 11 and the space environment is performable owing to the bonding agent 16, and thus any radiation out of the piping body 11 is preventable from occurring.
