To suppress excessive increase of fuel without being affected by pressure fluctuation in inflow and flow passages for fuel nor generating noises when the fuel pressure in fuel chambers including a fuel distribution pipe is going to excessively increase, and attenuate pulsative pressure in the fuel distribution pipe.
A fuel pressure regulator R is divided into a fuel chamber 4 and a pressure chamber 5 by means of a projected regulator diaphragm 3. A valve seat 7 which is opened and closed by a regulator valve body 9 backed up by a valve body spring 10 and a secondary side fuel discharge passage 8 are opened in the fuel chamber 4. The regulator diaphragm 3 is energized to the side of the fuel chamber 4 by a regulator spring 11. A pulsation damper D is divided into a fuel chamber 26 and an atmospheric chamber 25 by means of a pulsation diaphragm 24 which is energized to the side of the fuel chamber 26 by a damper spring 27. Force of the damper spring is set weaker than that of the regulator spring 11. The fuel chamber 4 of the fuel pressure regulator R and the fuel chamber 26 of the pulsation damper D are connected to a fuel distribution passage 30.
