Positive electrode and negative electrode relay terminal parts 822 and 834 connected to positive electrode and negative electrode brush terminals 34a and 34b in positive electrode and negative electrode terminals 82 and 83 for supplying electric power to the motor part 20, are sandwiched by cylinder parts 66a and 66b of the discharge side cover 60 and cylinder parts 52a and 52b of the bearing holder 50.
