The fullerene copolymer is represented by structural formula (1) (R1)j[Cn]((M)m)k (R1 is a 1-12C alkyl group; Cn is a nC fullerene; n is integer of ≥60; M is a polymerizable monomer residue; j is a positive number of 1-11; m is a positive number of ≥10; k is a positive number of 1-11).
