Abstract:
PURPOSE: To select different functions by the same hardware.
CONSTITUTION: A program consisting of a main routine, a function A, etc., is stored in one 32K-byte memory area in a 64K-byte memory 1. A program B consisting of a main routine, a function B, etc., is stored in the other 32K-byte memory. The memory 1 consisting of a ROM IC having twice memory capacity required for hardware is integrated and the most significant address A15 is switched by a switch or the like. Thus, completely different functions such as sequence language and flow chart language in programming language are executed by the same hardware (memory 1).
