Abstract:
To provide a functional flocculent resin fiber obtained by providing a thermoplastic resin long fiber with various functions, and a method for producing the functional flocculent resin fiber.SOLUTION: The functional flocculent resin fiber of the present invention is prepared by adhering at least any of calcium hydroxide powder, nanosilver particles, clay mineral powder, conductive powder, carbon powder, and a surfactant to, or blending it with a thermoplastic resin long fiber having an average fiber diameter of 1 to 50 μm; in particular, an average particle diameter of the calcium hydroxide powder is set to 0.3 to 100 μm, and an average particle diameter of the nanosilver particles is set to 0.001 to 0.005 μm; and the nanosilver particles are adhered to the calcium hydroxide powder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
