Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing functional foamed particles comprising prefoamed particles substantially free from adhesion of the particles to one another and having a functional powder spreaded over the surfaces of the prefoamed particles with a liquid adhesive lying therebetween.
The surfaces of prefoamed particles comprising a thermoplastic resin are coated with a liquid adhesive to a coating thickness of 3-30 μm, and a functional powder is spreaded over the coated surfaces of prefoamed particles, which are then dryed.
