Abstract:
To provide a new IgA secretion-promoting method, immune balance-ameliorating method, and hyperlipemia-ameliorating method, and to provide a new IgA secretion promoter, immune balance-ameliorating agent and hyperlipemia-ameliorating agent.
There are provided the IgA secretion-promoting method, immune balance-ameliorating method, and hyperlipemia-ameliorating method by the carpophore of truffle and/or a treated product thereof. There are also provided the IgA secretion promoter, immune balance-ameliorating agent and hyperlipemia-ameliorating agent containing the carpophore of the truffle and/or the treated product thereof.
