Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a functionalized polymer by post-polymn. reaction by reacting a compd. having a primary amine and other type functional group and an acetoacetate functionalized polymer under a enamine forming condition.
CONSTITUTION: A functionalized polymer is obtained by reacting a compd. having a primary amine and at least one other type functional group and an acetoacetate functionalized polymer under an enamine forming condition. As an example of a type of a characteristic imparting functional group capable of being introduced, a crosslinking group, an adhesion accelerator, an ultraviolet blocking group, a surface active compd., a latex stabilizing group, a separating bond group or the like are disignated. As these functional groups, for example, there are mercaptoethylamine, taurine, 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, 3- aminopropyltriethoxysilane, polyoxypropyleneamine or the like.
