To construct a control system for reducing the force fight of an electronic/hydraulic multi-servo actuator and solving a deterioration suppressing problem and to attain the high reliability and high accuracy of the control system.
Differential pressure signals from plural systems and an input/ output difference signal to/from an actuator are used as input signals to a fuzzy controller, respective fuzzy outputs estimated by fuzzy inference based on fuzzy control rules are fed back to respective systems as corrected values through signal holding circuits in respective systems to reduce the force fight of the multi-servo actuator and suppress the deterioration of these outputs. In the fuzzy inference, Mumdant's max-min method is used for an inference type, a max-min method is used for non-fuzzy and the number of fuzzy variables is minimized to three. Although a monotonous increment type function is used for a membership function, the set range of the membership function is set up so as to be matched with the purposes of the fuzzy functions and majority principle is adopted for main control rules as a rule base to sharply reduce the number of control rules.
