Abstract:
PURPOSE:To program a membership function by using a multi-output current mirror device, for which a switching element to be controlled by a signal from a storage is connected to one drain for output, as a part to determine the characteristic of a membership function. CONSTITUTION:For example, a brake point ZB is one of objects to characterize a Z function, which is one type of the membership function, and a current source 52 determines this brake point. When a multi-output current mirror device 53, for which switching elements 12-1 and 12-2 to be controlled by the signal from a storage device 13 are connected to one drain for output at least, is used as such a current source, a current value can be changed by turning-on and off the switching elements 12-1 and 12-2. Since the value of the brake point ZB is changed when the current value is changed, the membership function is changed. Thus, by programming a signal to the storage device 13 in advance, the membership function can be programmed.
