Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a galvannealed steel sheet in which alloy phases of ξphases or ξ1 phases are formed on the surface layer part of plating and excellent in spot weldability, adhesive properties and chemical convertibility in accordance with uses as well as press formability.
SOLUTION: On the surface of a plating layer of a galvannealed steel sheet contg., by weight, 6 to 11% Fe, and the balance Zn with inevitable impurities, and in which the alloy phases in the surface layer part are composed of γphases, and the coating weight thereof is regulated to 20 to 100g/m2, an Fe-Ni-O film is formed (1). In (1), the coating weight of the Fe-Ni-O film is regulated to 10 to 1500mg/m2 expressed in terms of the total content of the metallic elements, the weight ratio of Fe/(Fe+Ni) is regulated to 0.004 to 0.9, and the content of O2 is regulated to 0.5 to 10% (2). On the surface of the plating layer of a galvannealed steel sheet contg. 9 to 14% Fe, and the balance Zn with inevitable impurities, and in which the alloy phases in the surface layer part are composed of ξ1, and the coating weight is regulated to 20 to 100g/m2, an Fe-Ni-O film is formed (3). In (3), the conditions in the coating weight of the Fe-Ni-O film, the weight ratio of Fe/(Fe+Ni) and the content of oxygen are regulated to the ones same as those in (2).
