PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game-supporting information processing system and program, which allow action data to be uploaded to a game device having constraints on the communication environment and to cause a prescribed action of the game device.SOLUTION: A game-supporting information processing system comprises: a download control unit configured to cause partial action data sets to be downloaded to user's storage media, the partial action data sets being portions of action data that causes a prescribed action of a game device used for playing games; an upload control unit configured to cause the partial action data sets acquired by the user's storage media to be uploaded to the game device via a communication route; and an action impartment control unit configured to provide control such that the prescribed action is imparted on the game device using restored action data that has been restored from the partial action data sets received by the game device from the user's storage media.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
