The dispensing device 5 arranged in a housing 1 includes a dispensing device side joint part 63 which is any one of multiple kinds of models with common standard and is different in shape in accordance with the models. A housing side joint part 70 which is different in shape in accordance with the model of the dispensing device 5 is arranged inside the housing 1. The dispensing device side joint part 63 and the housing side joint part 70 are mutually joined when the models of the dispensing devices, to which the both parts correspond, are the same, but are not mutually joined when the models of the dispensing devices 5, to which the both parts correspond, are different. When the dispensing device 5 is installed in the housing 1, the dispensing device 5 is arranged at a prescribed position inside the housing 1 when the dispensing device side joint part 63 and the housing side joint part 70 are joined, and the dispensing device 5 is arranged at a position on a front opening part 11 side from the prescribed position inside the housing 1 when the dispensing device side joint part 63 and the housing side joint part 70 are not joined.
