The lock mechanism 830 is configured to displace between a first state in which an interlocking cam 831, a stop cam, an operating cam 833, an operating rod 851, an engagement piece and an engagement part 853 are cooperated with each other so that the dispenser body cannot be detached and power can be supplied to the relay board 821, and a second state in which the dispenser body can be attached and detached and the supply of power is stopped. The attachment and detachment operation is performed in the second state where the supply of power is stopped, and a switch 860 for conducting and interrupting a power supply circuit of the relay board 821 is made to face the operating rod 851.
