A player performs access to the web server 12 of a game machine manufacturer A1 by using a portable telephone 100. Then a member ID is newly issued and the player is registered as a member. A lottery service application is received by transmission at that time. Communication is performed between a pachinko game machine 9 and the portable telephone 100 with the use of the lottery service application, so as to allow game information, which is generated based on a game result in the pachinko game machine 9, to be transmitted from the pachinko game machine 9. The game information is transmitted from the portable telephone 100 to the web server 12. The transmitted game information is stored in a customer management database 14 by each member ID. Lottery is performed based on the game information and a prescribed bonus is gifted to a prize winner.
