PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a main body lid light in weight and compact, to improve the operability for the opening/closing of a lid, to reduce the weight of the main body of a garbage disposer, to miniaturize the main body, and to reduce the cost.
SOLUTION: In the garbage disposer, a blower 15, a heater 14, a hot air passage 12b for supplying hot air into a garbage housing container 4 by the blower 15, a hot air passage 12c for returning hot air discharged from the container 4 to the blower 15 are arranged on the outside surface of an outside fixed container 3 having the garbage housing container 4. At the upper ends of the hot air passages 12b and 12c, a hot air outlet 12d for supplying hot air into the container 4 and a hot air suction port 12e for sucking hot air discharged from the container 4 are formed. In the lower parts of the hat air passages 12b and 12c, connection ports 13 for connecting the passages 12b and 12c to each other are formed, and the shaft 15c of the blower 15 penetrates the connection ports 13. In the hot air passage 12b, a hot air branch opening 16 branches. and a catalyst deodorization device 17 and an exhaust suction fan 18 are connected to the opening 16. The size and the amount of air to be supplied of the fan 18 are smaller than those of the circulation fan 15a of the blower 15, and the fan 18 is fixed to the shaft 15c of the blower 15 to be coaxial with the circulation fan 15a.
