A part of the garment adjusting tool to be attached to a garment is made by a soft resin having a sufficient elasticity and yet facilitating sewing. A part, which needs elasticity, is made of a metal or a hard resin (a resin having elasticity). Then, these parts are integrated by double molding to produce the garment adjusting tool having sufficient elasticity and capable of fascilitating sewing.
