Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling performance in the high-speed rotational using range by avoiding insufficient suction of low-pressure gaseous refrigerant, generated in the high-speed rotational using range.
SOLUTION: Suction auxiliary passages 40 communicated with the compression chamber side is provided on the way of a suction passage 21. In each suction auxiliary passage 40, an inlet 40a is opened on the way of the suction passage 21 piercing a part of the thickness (t) of a cylinder 1, and an outlet 40b is opened on the compressing chamber side. Therefore, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant in the suction chamber can be allowed to flow not only from both front and rear end surfaces 1a, 1b of the cylinder 1 into the compression chamber through the suction chamber but also from the suction passage 21 into the compression chamber from the thickness direction of the cylinder 1 through the suction auxiliary passage 40.
