Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the discoloring of a gas detection tape caused by a component volatilized from a member composing a suction pump.
SOLUTION: This apparatus is so arranged to house a measuring head 6 disposed facing a conveying path of a gas detection tape T housed in a cassette case, a suction pump 4 for supplying a negative pressure to the measuring head 6 and a tape feeding mechanism 19 for delivering the gas detection tape T by a fixed value in a body case 1. In this case, air near at least a suction pump 4 is ventilated by the suction pump 4 to block the component volatilized from a member composing the pump 4 from reaching the tape T.
