To provide a gas dissolving apparatus which can generate the liquid sufficiently high in gas dissolving amount corresponding to a demanded effect or the like without additionally providing an oxygen enrichment unit or the like, and can be downsized.
The gas dissolving apparatus includes an inflow part 12 for introducing a gas-liquid mixed fluid of a gas to be dissolved and fluid into a dissolving tank 2, an outflow part 13 disposed at the bottom part of the dissolving tank for taking out the liquid 5 generated by dissolving the gas in the fluid to the outside of the dissolving tank, and an exhaust part 15 for discharging the gas stored inside the dissolving tank to the outside of the dissolving tank. The exhaust amount of the gas by the exhaust part is set to be ≥20% of the supply amount of the gas introduced into the dissolving tank as the gas-liquid mixed fluid through the inflow part.
