Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling capable of selecting a type of holding a buckling compression force of an allowable axial contact surface of a pipe end part where its strength is most reduced and a joint seal priority type for inner pressure and outer pressure, and provide a screen hole machining causing no deterioration of the axial compression strength.SOLUTION: Utilizing an anisotropic composite material, a buttress pipe screw is provided for a type of holding a buckling compression force, and a round screw is provided for a type of giving priority to a proof pressure seal performance. Meanwhile, if a hole machining condition for preventing deterioration of buckling strength to attain an opening ratio of 3% is applied, it becomes possible to make a semi-flash coupling having no deterioration in axial buckling strength with a minimum diameter made by adding 6 mm to a casing pipe outer diameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
