Abstract:
To provide a gas emergency trip device detecting a change of flow speed, when a rapid change of pressure is generated in the upstream where the gas interrupting device is installed, so as to display warning in the case that the change is caused by re-liquefaction of gas.
In this constitution, a flow speed in a medium is detected in a flow speed detection means 14, a changed gradient of the flow speed is detected in a changed gradient detection means 21, when a periodic change in a change of the flow speed is detected in a periodic change detection means 22 by the changed gradient of the detected flow speed, re-liquefaction is decided, an alarm information is given by an information means 23 when the re- liquefaction is decided.
