Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily obtain a uniform gas flow and to always operate a laser in a stable state by providing a gas flow direction and flowing speed adjustable straightener at the upstream of a discharger.
CONSTITUTION: Laser gas flows to a blower 5 as indicated by arrows. The gas is heated by a discharger 3, cooled by a heat exchanger 7, and circulated for use. A gas flow straightener 13 is provided at the upstream of the discharger 3. The straightener is regulated to freely alter the gas flow direction and flowing speed.
