Abstract:
To make possible reliable and inexpensive cleaning operation with a single apparatus and spray each fluid onto an object at an optimal flow rate.
The apparatus has the first nozzle 20, or a high-speed pivoting nozzle, and the second nozzle 21, or a diffusion nozzle. From the first nozzle 20, a large flow rate of compressed air and a small flow rate of a cleaning solution are sprayed separately or after mixing in the vicinity of the nozzle 20. From the second nozzle 21, a large flow rate of compressed air and a large flow rate of a cleaning solution are diffused and sprayed separately or after mixing.
