Abstract:
To provide a structure in which a base part of an operation knob can be constituted as a separate component from a knob part, and which can easily enhance strength of the knob part.SOLUTION: In a gas cooking stove, an operation knob 21 includes a base part 81, a knob part 82, and a connection member. In a fixed state where the knob part 82 is fixed to the base part 81, a fitting protrusion part formed at the base part 81 is fitted in a region between an outer peripheral wall part 86 and a cylindrical part formed at the knob part 82, and a pair of opposing wall parts formed at the fitting protrusion parts are opposing to internal wall surfaces of a pair of grip surface parts 86A, 86B of the knob part 82 respectively, and arranged along the internal wall surfaces respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
