Abstract:
To provide a sluice valve installation method that has high work efficiency even if a flow passage of a large-bore fluid pipe is blocked.SOLUTION: A sluice valve installation method comprises: a case fitting step of fitting cases 10 and 11 so as to surround a fluid pipe 1 in a sealed state; a valve box fitting step of fitting a valve box 2 having a valve element movement space to the cases 10 and 11; a valve lid movement step of suspending a valve lid 3 having a valve element housing space by a crane, and moving the valve lid 3 toward an opening part 23 of the valve box 2 so that an axis of the valve lid 3 and an axis of the valve box 2 coincide with each other; and a fastening step of fastening the valve box 2 and the valve lid 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
