Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a gatepost having a profound feeling by a single operator by connecting plural columns to each other by a connecting metal fitting so as to form the apex of a square, installing baseboards on a lower part periphery of these columns, and connecting respective panels respectively installed on the. adjacent columns to upper parts of the baseboards.
SOLUTION: Four columns 1 having an almost square cross section are connected to each other by a connecting metal fitting 2 so as to form the apex of a square, and after baseboards 3 are installed on a lower part periphery of these columns 1, the columns 1 are buried so that a part of at least the baseboards 1 is hidden underground, and afterwarfd, panels 16 are respectively installed on the adjacent columns 1, and the respective panels 16 are connected to upper parts of the baseboards 3. Therefore, the four columns 1 have strength of a degree capable of sufficiently sustaining themselves, and after the columns are erected, the panels 16 can be respectively installed on the adjacent columns 1, and when the baseboards 3 are buried underground, since the panels 16 can be exposed aboveground, the panels 16 can be easily installed.
