Abstract:
To provide a gatepost having a chain movable smoothly, a high reliability, and easy maintenance.
This gatepost is equipped with a single square post(2), a slider (6) rising and falling along an outer side surface of a square support (2) to which a rope body (4) is installed and a drive mean (8) raising or lowering the slider (6); and the slider (6) having rollers (10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20) sliding on the side surfaces of the square post (2).
