Abstract:
To provide the gear rattle reduction construction of the manual transmission for a four-wheel-drive vehicle that can improve the workability and the assembling performance without damaging the damper performance.
The rattle reduction construction of the manual transmission for a four-wheel-drive vehicle is composed of a bolt, a screw hole to screw the bolt, a pin having an annular engaged part and an annular elastic member installed between the outer circumference face of the pin and a transfer drive gear. It makes that a final driven gear can be nipped between a differential case and a transfer drive gear and then the bolt is screwed to the screw hole of the pin.
