Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a gear transmission device which can eliminate backlash without deteriorating twisting rigidity, strength, and durability.
CONSTITUTION: A U-shaped section 4 are formed around an outer periphery of an internal gear main body 1, and an internal gear 2 is formed on an inner periphery thereof. When side pressure is applied to side surfaces 5a, 5b of the U-shaped section 4, a pitch circle of the internal gear 2 is reduced in its size in a diameter direction. The internal gear is pressed against the opposite gear by the deformation, so that backlash is eliminated.
