CONSTITUTION: Since crushers 4a, 4ab, 4bc, 4c are placed at a fixed distance from assembly conveyor 5, transport time to each crusher is decided in advance and stepping circuit 18 gives stepping signals 19a, 19b, 19c, 19d with the time in order. In case crushers 4c, 4ab, 4a and electromagnetic feeders 3cb, 3ba, 3aa are selected, AND element 20 is established with operation signals of crucher 4a, electromagnetic feeder 3cb and conveyor 2a, and first stepping signal 19a to output operation instruction signal 10c of first raw material vessel 1c through OR element 26.
