Title:
GLARE PROOF DEVICE FOR MOVING BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004122928
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a glare proof device for moving body capable of detecting incident state of the sun light with high precision, and shading the incident if required.

When the position of the sun is between the horizontal line of the lowest limit of a driver's standard view point position height and the upper end of the front glass or the like, (step S8, "YES"), and the received light intensity near the front glass or the like is not less than a predetermined value (step S9, "YES"), the control circuit of the glare proof device controls a transparent liquid crystal panel (step S10) by obtaining the position of the automobile and an orbital position of the sun so that the line connecting the position of the sun and the standard view point position may shade external light incidented into a predetermined range including the passing point through the front glass or the like.
