CONSTITUTION: A suction chamber 4a, attracting face 4b and suction hole 4c are formed in an attracting member 4, and the attracting face 4b is coated with gold in a specified thickness. The sucking machine main body is evacuated, the attracting member 4 is brought close to a glass formed body 6, hence a gas is sucked from the front of the member 4 and circulated through the suction chamber 4a, suction hole 4c and a passage 3a, an the body 6 is attracted and abutted on the attracting face 4b, and discharged while holding the attracting state.
