USE: An immune function enhancer.
PROCESS: A compound shown by the formula II (R6 and R7 OH which may be protected) is condensed with a compound shown by the formula III (R2' and R3' are OH, etc.; R5' is protected carboxyl, etc.) and deprotected, to give a compound shown by the formulaI.
