Abstract:
To increase a measurement precision in not invasive glucose densitometry by restraining fluctuation in a measurement condition.
A glucose densitometry apparatus 1 is equipped with a detection head 7 which is disposed on a surface of a living body A, illuminates light into the living body A and detects the light which diffuses in or penetrates through the living body A outside of the living body A, with which a glucose concentration in the living body A is calculated based on the detected spectrum of the light. Also, a temperature regulating member 8 is disposed in the vicinity of the detection head 7 to regulate temperature at the surface of the living body A during the time of detection.
