The golf practice tool forms an outer diameter of a rigid shaft which rarely warps during swing in the longitudinal direction of the shaft in a fixed way, is provided with a long grip at one end of the shaft which is gripped with a gap between both hands, and includes a weight which increases weight from the other end of the shaft to a center in the longitudinal direction while positioning a center of gravity closer on the long grip side than the center in the longitudinal direction of the shaft. A normal grip in normal length provided at the other end of the shaft may be used as the weight. Preferably, the weight is set in a position where the proportion of the length from one end of the shaft to the center of gravity and the length from the other end of the shaft to the center of gravity becomes 1:1.3 to 1:2.
