Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the hole of an artificial turf mat from giving incongruity to a trainee by providing a cover in which a bundle of synthetic resin fiber follows in the raising direction of a ball in the hole of the artificial turf mat in a machine in which a tee is lifted and the ball is raised from the hole opened on the artificial turf mat.
CONSTITUTION: When the tee 5 is located at a lowered position, the ball B is sent to the tee 5 by a ball supply device 7, and it is held with the upper terminal of the tee. After that, when the disk 6c of an elevation driving mechanism 6 is rotated and a pin 6d presses the lower surface of a lifter 6b, the lifter 6b is raised, and the ball B enters the cover 4 passing the hole 1a, which pushes up a brush 4b. In this way. the ball B passes through the cover 4, and stopped after piercing through the artificial turf mat 3. The ring cover 4 is formed by planting the brush 4b on a holding flange 4a, and the ball B can pass the cover by passing under the fiber on the inner peripheral side of the brush 4b when the ball B is raised.
