Abstract:
To realize an article transport facility which facilitates appropriate communication even if there is an obstacle between a user and the article transport vehicle, which interferes with transmitting and receiving of a signal.SOLUTION: In an article transport facility 10 comprising a plurality of article transport vehicles 12 and an operation terminal 11 for controlling the article transport vehicles 12, the article transport vehicle 12 includes a vehicle-side transmitting/receiving unit 17 that transmits and receives a signal for communicating with the operation terminal 11. The operation terminal 11 includes: an operation unit 20 operated by a user; a terminal-side transmitting/receiving unit 50 that transmits and receives a signal to and from the vehicle-side transmitting/receiving unit 17; a telescoping section 41 that can increase and decrease the distance between the operation section 20 and the terminal-side transmitting/receiving unit 50; and a setting change unit 55 that changes at least one setting of a signal transmission strength and a reception sensitivity by the terminal-side transmitting/receiving unit 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
