To provide a goods managing device which makes it possible to manage goods stored in storage units strictly without a cost increase.SOLUTION: A goods managing device 1 has an IC tag reader 12 that can read data recorded in IC tags 50 attached to goods stored in a plurality of storage units 10. A memory unit 70 stores, regarding goods stored in the plurality of storage units 10, a goods managing table 71 in which information in the IC tags 50 attached to the goods is registered in association with the storage units.
