Abstract:
To provide an article conveying facility allowing easy weight saving of an article conveying vehicle, while capable of appropriately guiding a holding part to a transfer position for transferring an article.SOLUTION: A transfer device 30 has a holding part 31 holding an article, and a self-traveling carriage 33 traveling while supporting the holding part 31. The self-traveling carriage 33 has wheels, and a wheel driving source 34 driving the wheels, and travels on a track T provided to an elevating unit 20 and a transfer device 50. The transfer device 50 has a positioning part positioning the elevating unit 20 in a state of the elevating unit 20 at a transfer height H2, and a transfer side guide part 55 guiding the travel of the self-traveling carriage 33 along the track T. The elevating unit 20 has an elevating side guide part 25 guiding the travel of the self-traveling carriage 33 along the track T, and in a state of the elevating unit 20 positioned by the positioning part, the elevating side guide part 25 is arranged to continue to the transfer side guide part 55.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
