Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate accurate position grasping preventing the complication of information besides being portable, and to deal with a change of map information and inherent map information which corresponds to each, besides being portable.
SOLUTION: A GPS system 1 is provided with portable terminal apparatuses 3 which have display means for displaying information, and a GPS interface device 2 which specifies a portable terminal apparatus 3 and transmits at least numeric position information to the specified terminal apparatus 3. The interface device 2 forms and transmits numeric position information, on the basis of GPS information. The terminal apparatus 3 receives at least the numeric position information from the interface device 2, and displays it on a display means.
