Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulation method of a sinter raw material which can reduce ratio of fine powder contained in a granulated substance than before without granulating a part of the granulated substance again.SOLUTION: In a method granulating a sinter raw material containing particles whose size is not more than 0.25 mm of more than 13 mass% using a granulating machine 13, a drum mixer 12 is provided in upstream of the granulating machine 13, processing is performed with speed of rotation that motion state of the sinter raw material charged in the drum mixer 12 comes to belong to a jumping area, and the compacted sinter raw material is charged to the granulating machine 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
