Abstract:
To control the adhesion of composition components to the inner wall of a mixer and to reduce large-size particles.
When a container rotation type mixer 1 is rotated, and the balls 32 of an impact force applying mechanism 3 collide with the mixer 1 to apply impact force from the outside, the composition components adherent to the inner wall of the mixer 1 are fallen by the impact action to promote granulation so that the generation of the large-size particles can be reduced. As a result, the yield of granules can be increased, and the quality can be stabilized.
