Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing system for accurately mixing at a predetermined mixing ratio during continuous conveyance of powder and granular material.SOLUTION: The powder and granular material mixing system includes a first coal conveying passage 22 which measures a mass of a specific type of coal A and conveys it, a second coal conveying passage 32 which measures a mass of a different type of coal B from the coal A and conveys it, and a mixed coal conveying passage 12 which conveys mixed coal which is mixture of the coal A and coal B mixed during conveyance. The system includes a controller which previously determines the mixing ratio of the coal A and the coal B, adjusts a conveyed amount of the coal B per unit time so that the mixing ratio of the mixed coal has the previously determined value. The controller outputs a signal for adjusting the conveyed amount of the coal B per unit time to the second coal conveying passage on the basis of a time difference t3 obtained by subtracting a time t2 from when the mass of the coal B is measured until when the coal B reaches a mixing position, from a time t1 from when the mass of the coal A is measured until when the coal A reaches the mixing position.
