To provide a method for manufacturing an aqueous gravure print laminated packaging material which can solve problems of a working environment of a printing factory or a laminating factory due to an organic solvent, a fireproofness, an air pollution, a residual solvent of a food packaging, a high cost for green action and the like, and to provide the laminated packaging material manufactured by the same method.
The method for manufacturing the gravure print laminated packaging material comprises the steps of executing the aqueous gravure printing 2 on a base film 1, using a polarity imparting resin which does not need an anchor coating agent for forming a resin 5 for laminating or forming a heat sealable resin layer 6, when laminating an intermediate layer base film 3 and/or a heat sealable film 4 on the film 1, or when directly forming the layer 6 on the surface of the film 1 or the film 3, and using an extrusion laminating method to laminate the resin. As a result, the environmental problem or the like brought about by a conventional organic solvent using gravure ink and anchor coating agent can be solved.
