Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject food with remarkably reduced odor capable of providing green vegetables containing much fibrous materials in a simple form by grinding down green vegetables with hard fibrous materials using a mill, forming the vegetables into paste and packing the resultant paste into a tube.

CONSTITUTION: Green vegetables with hard fibrous materials are ground down using a mill composed of a nonmetallic material, formed into paste and packed into a tube, thus obtaining the objective food. In addition the above-mentioned food is preferably stored while kept fresh under conditions free from freezing within the range of 0±35°C.
